Products

Our premium quality wood pellets and wood chips are characterised by low moisture content, high calorific value and minimal ash residue after combustion. They comfortably conform with current CEN/TS 14961:2005 DD standards and are available for purchase in bulk quantities or conveniently bagged.

6mm Wood Pellets available in: -

  • 10Kg bags, individually or 1 tonne pallet (100 bags)
  • 15Kg bags, individually or 1 "tonne" pallet (70 bags, 1050kg)

How are they used?

Wood pellets are best used in equipment specifically designed to burn them This could be an efficient and attractive room heater or a central heating boiler.

Wood pellets can be used in an open fire grate or wood burning stove when fitted with a suitable pellet basket.

For medium to large scale projects requiring heat and water, a wide range of highly efficient pellet burning appliances are available, which may be automatically fed from a store, self ignite and be programmed like a conventional fossil fuel boiler.

Good planning before you buy can save financial waste and personal heartache later. Consider delivery vehicle access to your site and how the fuel will be transferred. Choose a higher capacity fuel store to take advantage of lower bulk rates and fewer delivery charges.
